CO Detector

Adopting the direct-extraction and electrochemical sensor, the CO detector can continuously monitor the CO (O2) content in the mill, furnace and flue. It is designed for analysing the measured data to prevent the mill from explosions, control the fuel/air ratio to improve the combustion efficiency and give an early alarm upon the high-temp corrosion and coking conditions.

PH Analyser

Continuously monitoring the pH value is a crucial step for chemical supervision. Its measurement accuracy and reliability play a vital role in preventing system corrosion and scaling as well as expanding its service life, ensuring system safety, and economic operation.

Conductivity Analyser

Equipped with two-channel outputs, the MCM-120 delivers the conductivity and temperature value as well as the multi-alarm and control function.

It is mainly used for continuously monitoring and controlling the conductivity value of soft water, steam condensation, sea water distillation, raw water and deionized water. It is widely applicable to the pharmacy, sanitation, food, municipal utility, power, and petrochemical.

Silicate Analyser

The silicate analyser is designed for continuously measuring the silicate content. It integrates functions of automatic chemical reaction, optic detection, diagram display, output control and data logging. The analyser adopts the unique air agitation and photoelectric detection technology. The humanity design and high technology ensures its quick response and high measurement accuracy.

Dewpoint Analyser

The dewpoint analyser is widely used for the industry of power, metallurgy, scientific research, health & quarantine, medical equipment, environment test, calibration, paper, and textile. It is especially suitable for measuring acid–base gases.

Sodium Analyser

Continuously monitoring micro-sodium ions, the sodium analyser has a wide range of applications including the power, oil and petrochemical industry. It mainly monitors the content of sodium ions in the main steam pipe and the saturated steam. It is easy to operate and features quick response and accurate measurement.

Acid Dewpoint Detector

If the high-sulfur fuel is combusted, SO2 will be formed while a part of it will be oxidized into SO3. After SO3 combines with the steam in the flue gas, the sulfur acid will be formed. The condensation temperature of the sulfur acid in the flue gas is the acid dew point which is much higher than water dew point. The more SO3 (or the sulfur acid steam), the higher the acid dew point temperature. The acid dew point temperature can reach 140~160℃ or even higher.

The acid dewpoint detector helps the user know the acid dewpoint temperature under certain working conditions. Thus, the user can adjust the exhaust gas temperature according to the acid dewpoint temperature to create the best condition for saving energy and expanding the furnace life.
